These simple to clean, entirely stainless steel chambers work on the natural draught of the chimney. They are
absolutely ideal for smoking in the traditional way but in a new chamber with heating and adjustable draught control.
The air enters from below at the front and is heated up, thus colouring and drying your product. The smoking
process can then begin.
Available with standard lengths of 80 or 100cm.. The 100cm. standard length chambers are provided with a
stainless steel carrier as standard. An important accessory is an infinitely variable extraction fan.There is also a gas-fired hot smoke version for the smoking of, for example, eel!

Quality
The inner chamber consists of a strong, gap-free welded stainless steel one piece unit, not separate panels.
Powerful fans (one per carrier) provide large air volume displacement, ensuring even air distribution. Complete with
digitally controlled piston valve motors for adjustable air change. Fitted with our MCTT7 microprocessor as standard.
User-friendly with product name and process phase indication, securable via a pin code and every provision for
process documentation.
Flexibility
Available with a capacity of 1, 2, 3 or 4 carriers in standard tunnel form, with the 4-carrier chamber also being
available as a 2 x 2 unit. The MCTT7 is also included in the standard version, but you can personally specify all other
extras. For example, the smoke generator, carrier, heating, cleaning etc.. And because the chamber is built especially
for you, even the dimensions are adaptable.
Version
So you see, virtually all combinations are possible. You can specify your own drying, smoking and boiling chamber asstandard. Besides this there are standard chambers specially made for boiling and baking. A special version of
boiling chamber suitable for roll-in standard containers of 60 x 40 cm is also available. There are high-temperature
baking chambers with vertical as well as horizontal air circulation. The latter is suitable for 1/1 or 2/1 GN grids or
baking trays.
The new series of trolley chambers for sausage makers and medium-size industrial producers has been developed
with an eye to the future and meets all the demands of the modern sausage production plant. The inner cabinet is
manufactured as a unit and a welded-in ceiling prevents the leakage of tar and liquid. The computer-controlled cabinets
are available in a version that will suit your needs to the letter. An important factor here is the type of smoke generator.
