The continuous cooking kettles are mainly used for the simmering of snack products such as spiced sausages,
hamburgers, rissoles, meatballs for soup etc. They are based on a kettle filled with water or bouillon and
fitted with delivery and removal conveyor belts.

A top conveyor belt can eventually be fitted to provide constant delivery, enabling a continuous cooking process.
The belts and fume hood are provided with a lifting tackle unit having 2 electric hoists.
